1. Aesop's Fables - The Beekeeper

Once there lived a rich man.

The man had a large apiary on the city outskirts, where the bees were reared. One day the man was not well and came to inspect the apiary late in the evening.

In his absence, a thief had broken into the apiary late in the evening. He collected the honey from hives and stole it.

When the man returned, he was in dismay to find the hives empty. It was time for the bees to return home.

When the bees returned and saw the empty combs, they were agitated. The bees flung towards the beekeeper and sting him bitterly all over revengefully.

The man became furious. He yelled, 'You are ungrateful and insensitive creatures. The thief who sole the honey has left unhurt, and you have mercilessly stung me all over'.

The beekeeper left the apiary in fury and did not came there for some months.

Moral: Things are not always what they seem. In other words, when hitting back, make sure you  hit the right man.
