136. Aesop's Fables - Two Pots

One day two pots came flowing down in a downstream.

One of the pots was made of earth, while the other was a metal pot made of bronze. The earthen pot said, 'I plead, please swim away from me. I am made of earth and if we happen to strike against each other even by mistake, I will break into pieces'.

Moral: The tale has a deep seated meaning. For poor and underprivileged life turns more uncertain and challenging in presence of rich and powerful which can underpin the interests of poor anytime.

Proverb 1: Equals make the best friends.
Proverb 2: The strong and the weak cannot keep company.
