One day, the King's men caught a thief. He was prosecuted and condemned guilty of stealing expensive artifacts from museum.
When he was ordered to be taken for detention, he expressed his desire to see his mother and talk to her.
When the thief's mother appeared before the court of justice he said, 'Mother, I want to whisper to you'.
The thief's mother who was troubled by her son's prosecution came near her son. The thief was in great anguish, and when his bought her ear near him, he terribly bit it off.
The thief's behavior appeared irrational to the bystanders. They were terrified to see the brutal act.
The king asked the thief for explaining his act.
The thief said, 'When I was a young boy, I often stole little things. This was noted by my mother, but she never punished or scolded me for it. Instead she laughed and said such small theft go unnoted. I got into the habit if stealing and it is because of her, I dared to steal the artifacts. She us to be blamed for what I am and where I am'.
The king and court agreed with the thief's explanation.
Moral: Always correct your children when they something wrong.
