Once there lived a rich man in a country. He bought slaves from the poor countries and made them work on his plantation farms.
One day he bought a black slave from the market. The slave trader affirmed that the slave was black due to dirt and negligence by his previous masters. He persuaded the man that the slave will regain his true colour if taken care of. So the man bought the slave thinking that his colour will change with cleaning and care.
After months of travelling across the sea, the man reached his home country.
The next day the man restored to all means to clean the slave. He got him thoroughly scrubbed and asked him to make multiple baths. The day passed by in such cleaning and slave caught extreme cold. However, his skin remained ugly and dark much to the false to the claims of his of his seller.
The man realised his mistake and understood that the skin color is gained genetically.Moral: What's bred in the bone will stick to the flesh.
