Koobar the Koala and Water

Long ago there lived a boy named Kubaar. He was an orphan and lived with his relatives. They lived in a dry country where water was scarcely found.
Kubaar was ill treated by his relatives. They never gave him to sufficient food to  eat and water to drink. He was more than often troubled by thirst and hunger.
One day, Kubaar drank all the water when all his relatives went to the village fare, leaving him behind. Suddenly after he drank water, Kubaar realised that his relatives would return soon and thrash him for finishing water. He was troubled, when suddenly an idea flashed
across his mind.
Kubaar gathered all empty buckets and climbed with them on a tall pine tree. Soon his relatives returned and noticed that there was no water. They began calling out his name, looking for him all around.
Suddenly one of his cousins noted him hiding on the pine tree. They asked him to get down, but Kubaar refused. Finally, one of them climbed up the tree and dragged him down. They abused and thrashed him mercilessly with sticks. They even kicked him.
Kubaar was wrecked. He broke into tear, calling name of God in mercy. Suddenly something unexpected happened and Kubaar was transformed into a koala bear. Everybody around stepped back in amazement.
The bear said, "If you harm me again, I shall weave my charm and dry up all the water around here, leaving you all to die of thirst!”
The people were alarmed by what they saw and heard. They never hurt Koala bears and gradually starting loving them for their lovely appearance and so believed power of charm vested in them.
